The AAHF is an ecclesiastical non-governmental organization based in Jos, Plateau State, which was founded in 2014. Like the NLEF, it has also been collaborating with Mission 21 since early 2022. The organization has a team of professionals with experience in health, pastoral care and youth work. She works with marginalized and vulnerable young people who are drug addicts and victims of (sexual) violence. AAHF works to change the life situation of these young people through vocational qualification and social reintegration. The AAHF is based in Angwan Rukuba, a district of Jos known as a refuge for young people struggling with drug addiction, sexual violence and lack of prospects. Over the years, AAHF has built relationships with youth in this neighborhood and earned the trust of youth and their families through its youth-focused development work.
