Mobilization towards Leadership for Women and Youths Development Initiative (MOLDEV) is a non-profit, non-political and non-religious organization registered through Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT/RN 92028) with the mandate through Leadership and Governance, Education, Health, Humanitarian Services, Climate Justice and Entrepreneurship Development   aimed at building the capacity of Nigerians mostly women and youths with mentorship placement.

MOLDEV has carried out series of campaigns and capacity building for Women and Youths in conjunction with its partners amongst which are the NotTooYoungToRun campaign for youth participation in governance, training of labour leaders on Strengthening the partnership between labour unions and their employers in conjunction with the senior staff association of statutory corporation and government owned companies(SSASCGOC) ,leadership/management training facilitated by Omotosho foundation, facilitate the drilling of a borehole in kuladakhni community in Shani local Government in Borno state and currently building a health center in the same community of kulakdahni which has reached lintel stage. Reach out to 1200 people in internally displaced persons camp in Plateau (Geosciences, Heipang, Dorowa, Bokkos,) and in Borno state, orphanages (House of recap Jos and child love and protection advocacy initiative Jos) with food stuffs, clothing’s and medical supplies and paid medical bills for three indigent patients in Jos University Teaching Hospital( JUTH).
