Pleasant Community Initiative (PCI) was registered on 15th February, 2024 under theCompanies and Allied Matters Act, 2020, Law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with certificateregistration number: 7349183 issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Abuja, Nigeria.

PCI is a non-profit and non-governmental organization based in Jos, Nigeria, incorporated to promote healthy and harmonious living conditions among the human population including environmental and animal protection, advance social justice and community development. The idea behind the establishment of PCI is to contribute to the socioeconomic development of the Nigerian communities and the world at large. How good and how pleasant it is for  brethren to dwell together in unity and prosperity! (Psalm 133.1)

PCI MISSION: PCI exists to actively participate and contribute to communities’ development; helping communities promote environmental and public health, to response to humanitarian challenges, advance social justice and to also develop capacity on eco-friendly and sustainable livelihood activities in communities. To collaborate with governments and non-governmental organizations with a view to bringing development to Nigerian communities and the world at large. To advocate and promote participatory community development initiatives.
