A core part of the Plateau Peace Practitioners Network’s mission is to directly engage with communities affected by violent conflicts. Throughout this year, the network, in collaboration with the CSO Forum and the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), has been steadfast in conducting visits to these communities.
Assessment of Damages and Conflict Indicators
The network believes in the importance of on-ground assessments to understand the extent of damages caused by conflicts and to study indicators that may lead to future conflicts. By partnering with the CSO Forum and SEMA, these visits have become a regular part of their work.
These visits not only provide valuable insights but also demonstrate the network’s commitment to understanding the needs of affected communities and working towards sustainable peacebuilding efforts. Through these collaborative efforts, the Plateau Peace Practitioners Network continues to make meaningful strides in promoting peace and stability in the region.
