LCGI is a national level non- governmental organization registered in Nigeria with the corporate affairs commission for the purpose of contributing to crisis prevention and management, poverty alleviation and community development and peaceful coexistence.
With Strong interfaith and Peace building focus, LCGI is located in Jos, the Plateau state LCGI in the past few years has intervene in several communities by carrying out different activities in trust and confidence building. Since 2010, LCGI has been contributing to Mission 21 response to crisis prevention and management, promotion of interfaith relation, poverty alleviation and community development in plateau state.
The Thematic area focus: peace Building and Livelihood security The main focus of LCGI as an organization is to bridge the gap between Christians and Muslims created as a result of the of the incessant ethno religions crisis I plateau through directly interreligious and intercultural peace Building efforts and Livelihood security using local community involvement with several success stories.
